The husband and wife team of Kenny and Michelle Davis are the principal officers and directors. The combined experience of these officers includes professional sales, financing, construction management, public relations, and more. Generally, the activities of the company are managed, monitored, and supported by Kenny and Michelle.

Today, hundreds of families are enjoying a home built by DFC Homes of Florida, and that number is growing rapidly. We have developed and constructed numerous communities. Currently active in four communities, we have two that are approaching completion.
